The staff was so friendly. We arrived late Christmas Eve after many cancelled flights and delays. The young man at the front desk was so kind, warm and friendly. We were hungry and the cafe was closed. He offered to make us some breakfast sandwiches to take the edge off the hunger until the morning. He even made us a bowl of fruit. After being transferred to different airports then cancelled along the way, he was an angel! (I was so tired I forgot to ask his name!….he got off at 11pm that night). As always the room was huge and gave us weary travelers plenty of space to flop and decompress. Breakfast was AMAZING…..and it was Christmas Day! We will continue to use this as our home base when visiting our family in Roanoke. Great work!

Staff went out of their way to accommodate my earlier than expected arrival and met my needs for a room set up for folks with disabilities . Desk staff was great in providing info for restaurants, nearby attractions Shuttle system was great , reliable, and cheerful! Location provided for lots of access to nearby restaurants etc Shuttle could take you there too.

The room layout is very spacious at the price point, and the bed was very comfortable. CLEAN! Staff are friendly and accommodating. This location was a random stay over point for a lengthy South to North road journey. It will likely be a stop again in the future, but we will make time to explore the absolutely beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains!

The room was lovely and CLEAN! We were on a return trip from a funeral from WV back to NC, the night before we stayed at the Hampton Inn on Plantation Rd in Roanoke. We could not stay there another night, it was very disappointing. Worse, it wasn’t clean! The staff at Hyatt was wonderful, very friendly!!

I like the overall quality of this hotel. I have stayed here before when I visited my dad, and the service is always great. From the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is great as well.
